Fourth Element - Thermocline Hood

A lightweight hood for temperate to warm water — for the dives where you want to stop losing heat through your head, but a 5 mm neoprene hood would be miserable.

The two things people notice: it is genuinely comfortable, without the squeeze around the jaw that neoprene hoods give you, and it is easy to put on and take off. That second one sounds trivial until you have fought a wet neoprene hood over your ears on a rolling boat.
